Superdelic is another hot new hop from New Zealand offering amazing flavours of Red Fruit, Candy, Citrus, and Tropical Fruit. We used mosaic and simcoe on the hot side - with pure Superdelic in the dry hop. Together with our deluxe base beer its an absolute smasher

Hop Profile:

• Superdelic® A hop passionately crafted over 17 years. Intense tropical pineapple, passion fruit, peach and stone fruit characters. The perfect hop for any fruit forward beer.
• Mosaic^® With its high alpha content and unique complex aroma profile, it's the hop of choice across a variety of beer styles. Named in honor of the artistic assortment of aromas and flavours, you can expect notes of floral, tropical, fruity, and earthy characteristics.
• Simcoe® Released to the world in 2000 by Yakima Chief Ranches, American variety Simcoe® has become wildly popular with craft brewers. With a high alpha percentage and low cohumulone, it makes a very nice foundational bittering hop. It is also noted though for its favorable aroma qualities. It has a pleasantly fruity, yet earthy herbal and piney aroma.
